Established in 1997, Blue Corn Café has always had a passion for bringing fresh and sustainable food to our community. We are proud to use locally sourced ingredients in all of our eclectic Latin cuisine. All our food is prepared fresh after you order it, and we are therefore able to accommodate most special requests. Our staff is trained on dietary restrictions and allergies, and many of our dishes can be prepared gluten-free or vegan. Please just let your server know!

Chips and Salsa (GV)
A plentiful amount of our house-made corn tortilla chips
served with any of our salsas (mild red, pico de gallo, salsa

Queso Dip (G)
A blend of three kinds of cheese melted to just the right consistency
for dipping your chip. Served with chips and mild red salsa.

Guacamole Dip (GV)
Fresh avocado mixed with garlic, tomatoes, cilantro, and a
squeeze of lime juice. $8.00

Platanos Fritos (G)
Fried sweet plantains dusted with cinnamon and sugar.

Island Nachos (G)
Corn tortilla chips topped with black olives, artichoke hearts, tomatoes, and a blend of melted

Tostones (G)
Crispy refried plantains served with Andaluse sauce for dipping. This is a Latin favorite. $8.00

Plantain Sampler (G)
A sampling of all three plantain varieties (platanos fritos, plantain chips, and tostones) served with both
Andaluse sauce and a sweet mango sauce. $9.50

Black Bean and Sweet Potato Stew (GV)
Our famous vegan stew. Sweet potatoes, corn, black beans, and cilantro in a tomato broth. Topped
with fresh avocado slices. $9.25

Picadillo (G)
Cuban-style ground beef, simmered with raisins,

Ropa Vieja (G)
Braised and pulled beef, simmered in a traditional
red sauce. Served on a bed of saffron rice and
topped with sautéed onions. Comes with your

Blue Corn’s rendition of a Cuban sandwich.
Ham, roasted pork loin, Swiss cheese, lettuce,
and tomato. Served on a homemade Cuban roll

A hand-rolled corn shell stuffed with our chicken
tinga and cheese. Topped with fresh tomatillo

Large flour tortilla with your choice of filling
